Welcome to the camp unit reservation system for Camp Cedarledge in Eastern Missouri (other camp properties available in menu above)
Online reservations are for Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri members only
Units are available eleven months in advance of today's date
To Make a Reservation:
- Select the unit type (overnight use or day use) from the left drop down menu.
- Select a specific unit to check availability. (i.e. Bright Star, Manor House, etc…)
- For a unit description and picture, select the circle icon by the unit name.
- Select the arrival date of your reservation on the calendar. Available Dates will appear in gray. (Note: overnight reservations must start on a Friday. Arrival on other days of the week may be available upon request. Contact the Answer Center for details)
- For overnights, select the departure date, shown in blue and then click Reserve.
- For hourly day use, select an arrival time and end time. Please note a minimum of 3 hours at a rate of $5 an hour is required. You will not be charged for usage over 3 hours.
- Once you have added all desired units, click the Checkout button.
- Complete required information on the following pages. Please note the name of the unit listed above when entering information on the number of campers per unit.

Please note: the adult reserving a unit is the primary contact for the camp reservation. A Troop Camp Certified person is required at each unit except day outings.
Please Note: No refunds will be given if a camp session is dismissed early or begins late due to unforeseen weather conditions.

Permanent Tent units, Cabins and Primitive Sites are available during the winter months upon request. These units are not heated, and the water is turned off at the latrines/ETs from November 1st through April 1st. Water would be available at the unit's winterized taps.
